Chianti Region of Tuscany -- For Best Scenic Vistas, Which of Below 2 Roads to Walk ??

I am walking/hiking/backpacking through most of Tuscany for 32 days in September --- there are 2 nice roads going from Greve-in Chianti to Poggibonsi.
The roads are SR429 (Strada Regionale 429 di Val d'Elsa), and SP130 (Strada Provinciale 130 di Castagnoli).
Both take about 4 hours pure walking to Poggibonsi -- but with rest stops, about 6 hours total walking & stops on the way.

My guess is that both are quite nice for hiking and great scenery, with both having wineries along the way for rest and wine-tasting.
But, can any reader here offer advice (from experience in Chianti) on WHICH ROAD IS BETTER for the best scenery and other things.
From Google Map Street Views, I can see that both hikers and bikers take these roads.

Also -- any tips that anyone can offer on hiking the Val d'Orcia and Crete Senese areas would be welcome.

Thanks --- Jim Parks (formerly of Lone Tree, Colorado, now of Meridian, Mississippi).

Correction by Jim P --- meant the roads are from Castellina-in-Chianti, not Greve-in-Chianti -- sorry.
