Chianina Beef/Bistecca alla Fiorentina

Hey all! So I'm looking for a good place to celebrate our anniversary in either Siena or Firenze. I was specifically considering bistecca alla fiorentina :) I've heard of a few places: Osteria le Logge in Siena Quattro Leone in Firenze Sostanza in Firenze
All'Antico Ristoro Di Cambi in Firenze Anyone have any recommendations on these or other places? Thanks!

We like Birreria Centrale at Piazza Cimatori, 1/R. It is a unique place with great food and friendly service. You'll see couples and families in there. The steak was great. Don't forget to order the cannellini beans to go with it. Also try the Ribollita--excellent. You must make reservations. The restaurant's website isn't much, but Tripadvisor has many photos.

Sostanza (detto 'i 'ttroia) is good. For the bistecca alla fiorentina these are the most famous: PERSEUS LATINI MAMMA GINA OSTERIA DE BENCI COCO LEZZONE SOSTANZA
PADELLINA (Strada in Chianti) PERSEUS is probably the most famous, but it's not downtown, it's on the way to Piazza delle Cure from Piazza della Liberta'. I've eaten it at Latini, Mamma Gina, Osteria de' Benci. I'm sure other Florentines would suggest others. I'm not a big meat eater, so although I grew up in Florence I rarely ordered the Bistecca. But the restaurants above are probably the ones Florentines would mention the most.
