Chianina

We will be in Montepulciano in Sept 2011 and would like to SEE the Chianina cattle. Where can we find them around Montepulciano, Arezzo, Cortona, in the Val di Chiana. Please help and thank you in advance.

Dave,
While I can't remember a specific place, we based ourselves at an Agriturismo for a week in May in Montepulciano and drove to the surrounding hill towns. We frequently saw them in the countryside while driving.
