We are flying out to Italy the end of this week and & was hoping to find some information about a cheese and ham tour. I would love to visit a farm and see the entire process. Has anyone had any experience with this or any recommendations to point me towards?

We are going to be in Rome & Tuscany ... possibly Elba Island or Florence for a few days too.

The ParmaGolosa tour is in Parma.Does not sound like you will be in that area.you might want to look into it though. It has gotten great reviews, although I do not have any first hand knowledge of it.
you might also want to post this question on Tripadvisor Italy forum, but it may be helpful if you give more details as to where in Italy you will be to help narrow things down a bit. Do you have an itinerary?

We are open in the middle of the week, so far we only have Rome & one night in Siena booked.
Rome - June 20 - 22
Siena - June 23
??? - June 24 - 27
Rome - June 28
We are pretty open to whatever, I guess we are going to follow where our taste buds send us.
