We have two travel days, (one full day) to spend between Pisa and Venice. We are looking to see the FOOD of Italy any place wee should look at for that special day?

One day to take in the wines of Tuscany, the Parmeggiano Reggiano of Emilio-Romagna, the balsamic vinegar of Modena, the Prosciutto of one day?

Try Bologna. It's a melting pot of all these foods.

Parmeggiano Reggiano of Emilio-Romagna..I think we will focus on this. Do they do tours?
We will be doing wine in France.
Is PARMA the place to stay?
