From the front of the basilica, how exactly do you get to the baggage check place?

Face the basilica. Walk to your left and around the corner to your right. It's about halfway down the block on your left.

As you go to left corner, look for tiny alleyway that says 'Basso' . Walk into alley and within few yards on your right you see open doorway. Go in there and they'll take your bag and give you a claim pass. 1 hour.
