I am looking for a cheap hotel located near Termini Station. Staying for 4 nights and would like to keep it under $200.00 for the 4 nights. Any help appreciated. Thanks

You may be hard pressed to find a room for 50 per night. It also depends on what time of year you are going. High season lasts until November. We stayed at "Hotel D'Este" on Via Carlo Alberto. About a 3 block walk to catch the train at Termini. It was fairly decent, but not too cheap considering it was September.

It's 130euro for a double in mid-October. Same room drops to 80euro in mid-November. That's a bit more than you were looking to spend, but it's an option.

Are you looking for a single or double room? $200 total for the 4 nights? That's only about €35/night, definitely difficult to find - are you interested in hostels at all? Check out venere.com, eurocheapo.com and hostelworld.com for cheap hotels.

It depends when you are traveling, but the Nardizzi Americana has a lot of great deals. We stayed there last Christmas on in a double w/ bath on their "overbooking special" (breakfast incl.) for only 55EUR per night. It is listed in Rick's book.

Check with "Let's Go--Italy" book. They have lots of listings for hostels and budget hotels. I have stayed at a couple of cheap hotels north of Termini. Katty was the name of one. Read TripAdvisor comments and ratings. You may be able to wait til you get there and just start looking; there are quite a few places of different quality and prices.
