Changed train numbers -- question

I posted about changed train numbers since I booked. I wasn't specific enough, so here are the details. Maybe someone can clarify:

On 18 January I am ticketed on Frecciarossa train 8503 departing 09:37, arriving Firenze at 11:24
I am then ticketed on Regionale 18512 departing 12:09, arriving Lucca 13:29
This has not changed however
At Firenze I am ticketed for Regionale 18512 departing 12:09 arriving Lucca 13:29.
The Regional train number has changed. Is this a problem?

On 21 January I am scheduled on Regionale 18489 departing Lucca 9:39 for Firenze. This train number no longer exists. It seems to have been replaced by 34095 departing at 9:30 (like 18489 this requires no changes), also arriving at 11:24
At Firenze I connect to Frecciarossa 9311 departing 11:59 for Napoli. That has not changed.
Do I need to consult the ticket agent about the Regionale train from Lucca to Firenze?

Just get to your first station early and speak to a ticket agent , showing them your tickets, asking for confirmation.
I don’t think you have to worry.
Be sure to have the train apps on your phone: Trenitalia and Italo.

On Jan 18 it seems that your train will be Regionale Veloce (RV) 34092 departing FI. SMN at 12:09 and arriving at Lucca at 13:42. That is what the Trenitalia website shows. However the general timetable shows at that time Regionale 18512 as you mentioned. That train is destined to Viareggio and is scheduled to depart from track no. 6.
Whatever number it is, when you arrive at SMN, look for any regionale going to Viareggio departing at 12:09.
Same for Jan 21. Take the new RV 34095 departing at 9:30.
Regionali don’t have reserved seats, so you can get on board without fear.

Thanks. I want direct regional trains, no changes. I think I should check with a ticket agent (I assume there are still a few and not just machines). Would it be a good idea to do so in Rome Termini or just wait until I get to Verona?

Thanks again for your input.

All aforementioned regional trains from Florence to Lucca (and viceversa) require no changes between Lucca and Florence.

If you are looking for a train from Verona to Lucca (or Lucca to Naples) requiring no changes, they don’t exist. A change in Florence is always required.

I don’t understand why you need to talk to an agent at the ticket office. Regional trains are like subway trains, you don’t need to reserve a seat. They are all open on a first come first served basis.
