Can anyone recommend a good hotel with an ocean view in Cesenatico? I am looking for something comfortable and modern.

I stayed here in 2019. Not fancy but did the job for me and my wife. Very reasonably priced (in July).
The hotel Miramare and especially the Hotel Da Vinci, both next to mine, were probably much nicer, but didn't want to shell out the hundreds of euro they wanted.
You don't have the view of the Ocean, but rather of the Adriatic Sea. It's walking distance from the harbor canal (Fosso Venarella) where most restaurants are, so that was nice. The Gambero Rosso, a fish restaurant just across on the beach (on the pier) had good cheap food.
