Hi We are going to Monterosso Cenque Terre and were looking for recommendations for hotels etc. that
would have 7 or 8 rooms and has a nice view maybe with balconies or a terrace in the old town. Mid range
pricing but clean and nice. Any ideas would be greatly appecitated

Not old town but great location and views IF you snag rooms on the water side. Very popular and books up quickly and early before the season. Pricing is mid-range for CT hotels. They're likely closed for winter right now so might not respond to messages right away.

Thank you we will definitely check this out
randy,
Regarding your visit to the Cinque Terre, could you clarify one point..... do you need 7 or 8 rooms for yourself and a group?
There are lots of good hotels in Monterosso to choose from. You didn't provide any guidelines on what you consider "mid range pricing"? There are hotels listed in the RS Italy guidebook, but a few that you could consider....
- Hotel Villa Steno (old town - it's away from the crowds and does have a balcony)
- Hotel Pasquale (old town)
- Hotel Villa Adriana (new town)
You also didn't say when you'd be travelling there. I'd suggest booking well in advance!
You didn't say when you plan to travel, but the CT books up quickly. I booked last August for a trip this May. Things were already booking up.
Thanks Appreciate the great info. We are going April 2020. Midrange around $200 per nite and need 7-8 rooms for my group. I should consider booking soon I guess
Look at Hotel Porto Roca, on the side of a cliff with tremendous sea views, balconies, terraces, great dining room. Large enough to perhaps find that many rooms.
Check out AirBNB...we just found a great apartment for far less than we would have spent on a hotel
