I will be flying into Rome in two weeks, arriving in terminal 3, at around 8:30 AM. I need a cell phone as soon as I leave. I just wanted to confirm what I heard from others--there is a Smartphone and a Vodafone store right outside of customs where I can purchase a pay as you go phone to call home?
Also, in terms of airport set up, I can get off the plane, go through customs, purchase the phone, and then collect baggage. I have to meet my friend who is arriving on a later flight. Where is a good place to meet her?
