I need to purchase a cell phone when we arrive in Venice on April 15th. Or a charger as I seem to have misplaced the one I have. Our cell phones aren't compatible so we have just used a cheap one we bought in Europe, just purchasing minutes.

The question is can I buy one at the airport or near the train station? Sorry, I guess what I wanted was only obvious to me.

Marsha, You'll probably find that it's not hard to find a Cell shop in Venice (or anywhere else in Italy). One possibility you could try is: Wind Planet Sestiere San Polo, 58 30125 Venice, Italy
