Celebrating My 40th Birthday in Italy!

My husband & I are taking the Christmas tour to Florence and it just so happens my 40th birthday is right in the middle of the trip! I'm looking for ideas on a special location for dinner or a fun event to attend. Any suggestions?

I put the key words "Florence Christmas" in the search box, upper right hand corner of the helpline, and it came up with a number of responses/discussions to this topic. One of these previous threads might be helpful.
