Cefalu, Sicily B&B

Josey, I stayed at Palazzo Villelmi B&B at 149 Corso Ruggero in Cefalu. It was right on the main piazza, with a view of the cathedral from some rooms. There is at least one other B&B in the same building. I paid 60 euro for a single with bath and breakfast (although the breakfast was very basic, so I usually had breakfast in the Piazza). I found booking.com, venere.com helpful with regard to finding hotels and B&Bs, in case you don't get enough recommendations here.

I stayed at Hotel Mediterraneo near the train station in Cefalu last fall. It was inexpensive, very nice, walking distance to everything, and had an elevator. Breakfast included was good. Wifi in the lobby. This is the same hotel I stayed in on a RS tour a few years back. There is a public parking lot behind the hotel. It is especially handy for train travelers.
