All hotels are very close to the beach and town in Cefalu. It is a very small walkable town and the beach is only a couple of blocks from anywhere.
I stayed in Hotel La Giara - address: Via Veterani 40. email is [email protected].
Don't forget to go up on the roof - there is a patio area up there. No reataurant in this small inn, but they give you a voucher for breakfast at a bakery on the main piazza.
I love Cefalu. It was my favorite place in Sicily.

I had a great stay at the Villa Gaia, www.villagaiahotel.it in Cefalu. It's very quiet in this area at night yet only a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the restaurants.
