Cathedral complex and the dome and Uffizi

I will be in Florence on a Saturday in July and I want to make sure I get to both the Cathedral, climb the dome, and get to spend s decent amount of time in Uffizi. Any suggestions as to how that can be made to work? I will be there on the Sunday as well but it will be the free Sunday of the month so I don't think I would want to venture to the Uffizi on the Sunday. Are there skip the line options?
Any suggestions?

The cathedral should be easy. Just look up the cathedral website and see when mass times are. Then, just go in when there is no mass. Cathedral is free. Dome - climb the dome either first thing in morning or late in day. (After 4 pm.). To buy ticket for dome - go to "square" in front of dome. Stand on North side of baptistery and look out toward the businesses lining the square. Look for biglietteria sign which means tickets. Follow the sign down a corridor to ticket booth. You can check dome times here as well. Uffizi - reserve a ticket one month in advance or more. Plan on 2 hours more or less depending on interest in art. Get into the reserved tickets line. Game plan - do Dome climb before 8:30 am. Then, relax and cruise around cathedral and baptistery. Look out for mass times. Visit Florence and get gelato. Then, with reserved tickets - go to Uffizi at 3 pm..
