Catania to Siracusa when the train is substituted with a bus

In looking at the trenitalia app for travel from Catania to Siracusa next month, it appears that the Saturday the day of our travel all trains are substituted by a bus, for example "treno 21781 effettuato con bus PA615" which google translate tells me means "train 21781 operated with bus PA615". Would anyone know if we get the bus from the central bus station or from the central train station? On the map they appear close, but not exactly the same place. Presuming easy enough to figure that out, any reason not to use the trenitalia app to purchase the ticket? We will probably decide only the day before or even the same morning what time we want to go. And the app seems easy to use.

I can't guarantee what will happen, but every time I've taken a rail-replacement bus in Europe , it has departed from the train station. I don't think I've needed to use one in Italy yet, but it's probably going to happen later this year.

On the app, we used it in Sicily. For example, I bought tickets to Cefalu from Palermo from our air bnb for that afternoon. Very easy and much better than having to use a machine in the station or stand in line.

I also think it is reasonable to assume that replacement bus would be at train station. I would be a bit early though just in case.

And so that you know if you do go, the inter city buses stop on a road named Corso Umberto I, right behind the train station in Siracusa, so very close by.
It is marked on Google maps.
There’s no real bus “station”, just a couple of benches and an obscure-ish sign on a pole.
Walking distance to Ortigia, maybe about 12-15 minutes depending on how fast you walk.
