We are going to be in the Dolomites June, 2009. We read, in Rick's book, about the Jaider family farm (Tirler Hof) in Castelrotto. Has anyone out there stayed at Tirler Hof? Alternatively, what are other memorable lodging experiences in Castelrotto?

We were in Castelrotto last Oct and we stayed at the Hotel al Lupo (aka Hotel Wolf)
which is in the RS book. Anyways the accommodations were situated right in the middle of the little town of Castelrotto and were very comfortable and quiet......as it is such a small place that totally shuts down in the early evening, at that time of the year anyways......don't know how it would be in June. The reservation included breakfast which was also very good with lots of selection. We absolutely loved the entire Dolomites, especially the Bavarian feel of the whole area. Enjoy your time there!
