Does anyone know of an Agriturismo near Castelrotto or Bolzano. We are crossing the Brennar pass and would love to find a wonderful farm stay type experience like the ones in Tuscany we loved. I am traveling with three children and have not read any reviews of a farmstay in this area. Many thanks

Take a look at Tirlerhof. (tirlerhof.it) I haven't been there; but from the single review on Tripadvisor, it may be just what you're looking for.

We stayed at the Tirlerhof in 2007. Beautiful setting, spotlessly clean, and it is a working farm. Lots of parking as well and a wonderful breakfast. Castelrotto is a 10 min walk or very short ride from the farm. Most everyone living in this part of Italy would far rather speak German, you won't hear much Italian. Absolutely gorgeous area.
