On Thursdays and Fridays during the summer when the Castel Sant' Angelo is open until midnight how late does the Caffetteria Ristorante Le Terrazze stay open and serve food? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Just do a search for 'Caffetteria Ristorante Le Terrazze'
Found some conflicting info about whether it is open on Tues-Wed, but everything I found shows closing at 730PM on all days.
If you do facebook you can access their website that way, or maybe find a way to contact them about their hours

Thank you Joe. Before posting my question on the Rick Steves' forum I sent emails to the Castel Sant' Angelo, the restaurant itself and Rome tourism. (I have not received a reply.) I also had visited the Castel's website as well as other websites including the restaurant's Facebook page. The difficulty is the information I have found online is either incomplete or in conflict with other information. For example, the Facebook page you cited appears not to have been updated since October 2014 when the Castel did not stay open until midnight on Thursdays and Fridays.
I posted my question in hopes that someone who knew the answer--perhaps someone who had visited the Castel recently--might help me. I also thought a RS staff member might know the answer.
