Caserta

Thinking about switching my stay in Naples to Caserta and taking the train into Naples. Anyone have any Caserta experiences or stay there before?

The palace (Reggia di Caserta) is one of the best underrated secrets in Italy. Maybe it's the location, maybe it's the fact it doesn't "fit" the image people have from Naples (volcano, busting streets, chaos), but it, IMO, a NOT-TO-MISS attraction.

Thanks Andre. One of the guys I work with is from there and he told me about the palace there and showed me some pics. Something definetly worth seeing. BTW- Did end up switching hotels from Napoli to there.
