Has anyone stayed here? How difficult from Train station?

I stayed there in 2002-great location in the altoarno which had a more local flavor IMO. Rooms were large, and very clean, private bathroom & shower. On our arrival we somehow got on the wrong bus and wound up taking a cab after a long bus ride out to the suburbs and back. However, there was a bus that stopped nearby that went to the train station--we figured it out and took the bus when we departed. If I remember correctly the cab ride wasn't very expensive ;) I would stay there again.
