Casa per Ferie Betania

I'm interested in staying at the Casa per Ferie Betania in Cortona, Italy. However, they aren't returning my emails or faxes, and I haven't been able to keep them on the phone with my weak Italian. Any thoughts?

Seriously, how far ahead are you trying to reserve? The smaller places often don't book more than a couple of months in advance. If you're trying to book for November, they may just be ignoring you.
