We have stayed in Casa Lemmi in the past and enjoyed it very much. We understand that the hotel has been sold and was undergoing renovations. Does anyone know if this has reopened, possibly under another name, as we cannot find anything on line about it. If we cannot stay here, we would like to get recommendations on small hotels or B&B's offering air conditioning and within the walls of San Quirico..

I have tracked down hotels that have closed by googling the exact address. In fact, we then stayed in new hotel at same location.
Suki - thanks for the suggestion. I tried this but the address still shows Casa Lemmi.
You can also use Google maps to scan for other small hotels or B&Bs. Just move the map around over the area of town that interests you. A quick look shows that there's a B&B with good reviews just down the street from Casa Lemmi and there are a few more-upscale hotels nearby. Haven't been to San Quirco so I can't provide specific recommendations, but that approach may help should no one be able to offer first-hand experience.
