Has anyone stayed there recently? I had hoped to book with them but have been reading reviews on Trip Advisor also, and there are a number of people who had issues with reservations not being honoured. There was a topic on places to stay in Sorrento on this helpline a few weeks ago, but there have been no postings recently.
