Friends taking a cruise have the potential of adding a few days in Venice this February 2010 to be there during Carnival. They could be there on Monday and Fat Tuesday. What might they expect? Is it street parties and mood perhaps similar to New Orleans? Fun just walking around or perhaps most of the activity centers on private functions? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
