Anyone have any recommendation for a reputable car service to take us from Venice to Lake Como and how much that my run us?

No, the distance is too great, you'd blow your budget. Plus, no car access in most of Venice, you'd have to make your way to the station area.
But I suggest we focus your discussion on your other thread, and close this one?

Far too expensive because of the distance. Use the train. Easy, comfortable ride.
I see in your other post that you have two large suit cases and 2 carry on suitcases. Going to presume this is because of your cruise.
There is space on the train but after experiencing lugging around all these luggage pieces around in Venice you’ll find the hilliness of Lake Como a breeze.
