We will be traveling through Umbria in mid September and need a car service from Rome airport to Perugia. Any info would be appreciated.

Plenty of options. Blacklane will do this for two persons for about 375€. The price may vary depending on the time of day, starting & ending points, etc. That's perhaps a good base price to compare other quotes with as Blacklane is an international company with a strong reputation.

Have used Rome Cabs a number of times and have always been pleased. It is a car service and not a cab company despite the name. We just send them an email (don't have the email just now so just google it) outlining our particular needs and we always get a reply in less than 24 hours. If they are not able to accomodate your party, you can be comfortable with whomever they suggest.
