Can anyone advise a taxi or private car service in Rome for a grandmother visiting in June and wanting to take two grandchildren, ages 5 and 2, for short trips within Rome where managing a bus trip with the two children is too much.?
Because of the need for car seats, using free now isn’t practical. We anticipate outings of about 2-3 hours a few miles , transportation to a destination and back. The car wouldn’t have to wait during the excursion. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
Taxicabs and private limo (NCC or Noleggio con Conducente) are exempt from car seat laws, as long as kids travel in the back seat, wear seat belts, and are accompanied by an adult over 16 years of age.
