I have used suntransfers.com for that multiple times from MXP. No complaints.

We have found taxis to and from Malpensa to be quite reliable. Since from your other posts you may be a larger party and would like the certainty of a van you could try https://www.limousineitaly.com/. I used them this past September for a long transfer from Milan. Your hotel could also arrange a van to take you to the airport on your departure.
