Hello,
I am going to Italy in a few days and I wanted to know the tipping custom for using car service in Italy. We have already pre paid 80 Euro for the service to be picked up from the airport in Rome and driven to our hotel using a the travel agency that booked our hotel. How much extra tip should we give the driver after he takes us to our destination? We will each have one piece of luggage with us. We will also be needing, later in the trip, to hire a car to take us from the Naples train station to our hotel in Positano. Do you have any advise or suggestions for us?

Isn't a car service that picks you up different than a taxi? I assumed maybe it had different rules.
