My wife and her friend are meeting me and my friend outside of Chiusi in Sarteano in August. My wife's friend will have just had open heart surgery two months earlier than their arrival, and we can't meet them in Rome to help on the train. Is there a reputable car service that will take them from the Rome Airport directly to Tuscany? I know it will cost, but it would be much easier and safer. Neither have been in Italy before. Thanks for any help

That's a question we haven't had here before. I don't know if anyone here has ever done it. Someone who might know lives in Rome, you can e-mail him by going to his website http://www.roninrome.com/

Your hotel can arrange something. We've used romecabs.com with great luck r transfers, they meet you at the earliest point they can to baggage claim with a sign with your name on it and help with the luggage. If you go to their web site they can give you a quote via email.
