Car service from Malpensa to Locarno?

Do you have a recommendation for a reliable car service to take us from Malpensa Aeroporto to Locarno? We would like to be a little more awake when we first figure out the train system, so are hoping for assistance to get to our first destination.
Thank you!

This is one of the services listed on the Malpensa Airport website: http://www.europeanlimousine.it/
Contact them for a quote. I would think the minimum for this would be 200 euro, and more likely twice that.
If you can wait until the afternoon, there are trains at 1:50 pm, 3.50 pm, 5:50 pm, 7:50 pm that cost 22 chf each. Requires a train change outside of Locarno at Cadenazzo, and takes about 2 1/2 hours.
There are also busses in the morning to Domodossolo connecting to the FART (yes, that's what they call it) train to Locarno. That will cost a bit more and take 3 1/2 hours.

There is a car hire service at Milan Malapensa. http://www.europeanlimousine.it/.

Don't know if they go to Locarno. Will probably run $175-200. There's a bus that takes about

4 1/2 hrs. but it too has a few changes.

The other option would be to rent a car, it's about a 2 hour drive.

I guess that is why in English it is usually referred to as the Centovalli Railway. Any American acronyms that make Italians giggle?

Yes Sam, there is an American Acronym that makes the Italians giggle.
It appears every pay period in my pay check.
It's the FICA Tax, basically the deduction that goes to Social Security and Medicare.
For the meaning of "FICA" in Italian you can use Google Translate. In English the word begins with P and ends with Y (there are a couple of S in between)
