When I rent the car at the Termini Station, I know where to find the Europcar office, where do I actually go to pick the car up?

Mine may not be the most helpful answer as I have no idea where, BUT, I have never rented a car and not had them take me to it or tell me where it was.

Once you complete the paperwork at Termini you walk out of the station, turn left, and walk about 500 yards down the street with your luggage to a multi-story parking garage along Via Giolitti. We've rented from Europcar many times, but we had a bad experience in 2017 as the employee upgraded us and then charged us for it. Later we caught the error, called Autoeurope, and they refunded our money. That was the only time we had a problem in years of travel in Italy and using Europcar.
