We picked up our rental there. You can book and pay with credit card online and get much better rate than they quote in Florence. PAY attention on how to get out of town without violating the ZTL rule. After crossing the bridge, if going to Siena direction, you need to make a turn on a road so small more like a driveway.

Eurocar on Borgo Ognissanti. Reserve through Autoeurope and read about the ZTL issue here. You'll want to drive straight out of town.
