we will be returning our rental car in Venice Italy and then boarding a train to Munich Germany. I see when I am on the car rental sites that there are multiple return locations. Which is the best to return so that we can get to the train station quick and easy. The choices i get are: Piazzale Roma 496 G, Venezia, Italy-(V1N), Via Venezia 3, Venezia Mestre, Italy-(MS6), Via Equilio 15, Jesolo Lido Ve, Italy-(BJ1), Via Annibale Da Bassano 27/A, Padova, Italy-(P1D) and Treviso Airport, Treviso, Italy-(TSF).

That is right there at Mestre station and you can pick up your train to Munich there.

The one you want is Piazzale Roma, which is on the Venice islands and a short walk from the main Venice station (Venezia Santa Lucia).
Venezia Mestre is the mainland. This may be OK if it is near Venezia Mestre station, which all trains to and from Venezia Santa Lucia call at.
Avoid the others. Jesolo Lido is a small island with roads, but no trains, Treviso is a long way away.
But, but, you are driving to Venice, and then catching a train, without ever seeing Venice? A curious choice.
And, where are you driving from? There may be a better place to catch a train to Munich from than Venice. For example Verona, which all the trains from Venice to Munich go through, and you usually have to change trains there.

But why go to all that trouble if you are getting on a train to Munich that stops at Mestre 10 minutes after it leaves Santa Lucia? Walk 50 meters rather than 500.

The office you want is the Avis-Budget on 3 via Venezia in Venezia Mestre. It's next to the Mestre station.
