Hello. We are travelling to Perugia in October and have researched various companies such as Auto Europe etc. Has anyone rented from them and if so, what was your experience and also the full coverage insurance plan? Thank you

We have booked cars thru AutoEurope probably a dozen times over as many years
Always get full insurance/zero deductible
Absolutely no complaints
Make sure all drivers have an IDP-required by law
Read up on driving in Italy
Many many threads and recommendations here for AutoEurope-use the Search function, filter by Type and Date
( AutoEurope is a broker-you are renting the car from whichever agency you choose-Hertz, Europcar, Avis, Sixt)

I am renting now a Hertz car through Auto Europe (a broker) for the zillionth time. No complaints in the years I’ve done so. Check the best deal for the dates you want. The company has more than one website, check them all as deals may vary: although they are all the same company.

We rented from Europcar in Perugia because we almost always rent from Europcar for our one or two trips a year ---- started many years ago with them and never had a reason to look elsewhere.

About the full coverage insurance plan, I feel like you should always check their full terms to avoid additional cost ;)
