Car Rental

I've decided to do most travel by train however in Reggio Emilia, we will need a car. My problem is that I need to rent an automatic because of a knee issue. So far, what I've seen is very expensive. Anyone have ideas on where to find a reasonable rental?

I would call AutoEurope directly to see what you might be able to arrange. Their number is on their website. I see listed on their fleet of cars, that a Nissan Micra is a small car that comes in an automatic in Italy.
