I plan on picking up a car to drive out of Rome. I picked a location that was close to the main highway and now I would like to know if anyone has ever rented from Hertz at the Collatina - Via Codroipo location and if you had any problems? Thanking you in advance.

Linda, We rented from Hertz at the Rome airport. It is a very good idea to purchase the extensive insurance. We had a small accident with a vespa within 3 hours of arriving in Naples from Rome. Hertz guy told us when we brought it back 3 weeks later that it was no problem that EVERYTHING was covered because of the extra insurance..even if the guy had died or we totaled the car. Also covers everything if its stolen!
