Hi everyone, Can anyone suggest good transportation or one company to handle all these transfers (round trip), Thanks Joe and Renae DiSalvo
You can take a taxi or the Alibus shuttle bus to the Molo Beverello (Beverello Pier), then a hydrofoil from there. The airport is very close, practically 15 minutes from the city center (traffic permitting).
The Alibus timetable is below. The stop you want is Piazza Municipio.

A service does exist to meet you at airport and accompany you to ferry and from ferry to hotel(mostly walking on Capri) Our hotel offered this service for $115 per person. We did it all independently, veey easy.
We were already in Naples so took taxi to ferry , in Capri gave luggage to hotel porter which hotel had told us to look for) walked to ticket booth to buy funicular tickets, got on funicular and took it up to Capri town and walked lovely pedestrian lanes to our hotel. There are multiple ferries and companies. No need for a full service transfer. www.capri.com for ferry schedules. Try to see some of Naples too.
Naples taxis have fixed rates including luggage. From airport to port(Molo Beverello I think) was around €16. You must request the flat rate to the driver. Our driver said luggage was extra charge. We said in reply that it was included and he smiled and said "OK!"
Our hotel obtained our return ferry tickets for us and arranged luggage porters too when leaving.

Your hotel has directions for how to reach them once you've arrived in Capri:
