Hello - we will be Capri this July. Our ferry will arrive there around 10am and we'll have to leave around 2pm to catch our return ferry. Our plan is to go straight to Anacapri and spend our four hours there. Will the taxi queues to and from Anacapri and Marina Grande be insane at these times? Not interested in buses or the funicular as we don't want to waste our limited time standing in lines. Should we consider a private driver for either leg of the trip or for both legs? Want to make this as stress-free and easy as possible. TIA!

I went in April so I don’t know how it would be in July. In April there were always taxis hanging around the bus stop. July is obviously busier.
But with such limited time, I would consider just staying on the Capri side. Anacapri has two major attractions, Villa San Michelle and the chair lift up the mountain. Are you going to the Anacapri to see them? Giardini di Augusto on the Capri side is just as nice as Villa San Michelle and nicer than the chair lift.
Going up to Anacapri and back could eat a lot of your limited time.
