Hello!
We currently have a doulbe room with sea view reservation at Hotel Mamela, and have been on the waiting list at La Minerva for our stay in September.
I just received an email from La Minerva that they have a superior double room with terrace & sea view available for 10 Euros more than Hotel Mamela.
I know they are both rated quite well on Trip Advisor and was wondering if anyone has stayed at either/could provide any other comments?

Haven't stayed at either but if you are ok w/ rate and you have a view grab it. There is limited lodging on Capri.
I have stayed at El Gatto Blanco and it has great central location(wkends can be noisy outside plaza with party goers), giant breakast buffet and some rooms have terrific views also.
