Can someone recommend a good 2-3 hour tour around Capri. Looking for small group or private and not too expensive.

Private equates with expensive. Are you staying on Capri? We stayed there and took a boat ride around the island which was about an hour. It was the least favorite thing we did on Capri. There are nicer ways to spend time on Capri. There were many boats offering those rides at the marina.
