Our son with his wife are traveling from Cantalupo nel Sannio( is a town and comune in the province of Isernia, in the Molise region of southern Italy) and trying to find the public transport to get to Positano. We have heard that he can take a boat from Salerno to Positano. After Cantalupo we are going back to Rome and they are going to Positano. Would it make sense if we drive him to Salerno to take the boat to Positano? How long of a boat ride would it be? Or get public transport from Rome.
