My friends and I had to change our lodging plans from an apartment in Dorsoduro and are looking into staying at Palazzo Cendon. I have checked out Trip Advisor and the hotel's site but would like the input from anyone on here who has personally stayed at the hotel or even in the Cannaregio area. Do you have any recommendations on neighborhood restaurants, gelateria shops, bars, etc? It would be greatly appreciated. It's their first trip to Italy and I want it to be great (as I'm sure everyone does when they visit). I've been only once but for a day and it is still a blur. Thank you in advance.
