Hello everyone, I made a tentative reservation with Edi's on CT for May. Things have since changed and I need to cancel the reservation. I've emailed them three times, telling them that I must cancel and to please confirm they rec'd. my email and all of that. No reply.
Am I going about this in the wrong way? When I made the rez they answered back within a day's time. And yes,they have my credit card number.

Save your cancellation email. In the unlikely event Edi's charges your credit card, challenge the charge with your credit card company & send them a printout of your email.
Also, try sending Edi's a fax, if you have their fax number.
Finally, this is Italy. Things go slower there than they do here. That's part of its charm.
