Cancel Pompeii Tickets Purchased Online

We purchased tickets to visit Pompeii in advance online. The website for Pompeii states:

The entrance ticket to the site can be purchased online on the website www.ticketone.it , the only authorized online retailer.

We did receive our tickets from TicketOne.it, but now need to cancel them due to a change of plans. I cannot seem to find anything about a cancellation and refund option, or even a statement that they are non-refundable.

Does anyone know if these are able to be canceled? Our visit was scheduled for March 24.

If I buy the ticket and for circumstances beyond my control I can not use it, can I have a refund?

No, tickets and tours are not refundable in case of no-show or delay. Anyway you can modify without additional cost the date and time of entry at least 24 hours in advance.

They didn't buy their tickets from https://pompeii.tickets/Ihttps://www.florence-tickets.com. They bought them from https://www.ticketone.it/en/, which is the official online ticket seller for the scavi.

Refund info is likely buried in "Terms and Conditions" somewhere but that section is lengthy and full of fun (HA!!) legalese. It's probably easier just to contact them with your question:
