Although I have no personal experience with the Canadian Embassy in Rome, a quick Google search answered the question. You can find the info at the following website: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/italy-italie/contact-contactez.aspx?lang=eng.
Putting the adderss in Google maps also gave their location in Rome, and you could get directions from your location to the embassy that way as well.
You can also contact them via phone for more specifics.
