I will be spending 3 nights in an agriturismo around Assisi to explore Umbria and 3 night in Florence. I am looking for another agriturismo in Tuscany for 2 night stay to explore the countryside before we go to Florence. What would you recommend? We will be traveling in this region in mid September.

I don't know really anything but the search I did. We reserved at agrotorismo le colombe. Looks nice and got nice reviews.

We stayed last May at Borgo Casato outside Siena in Castelnuevo Bergardegna. Comfortable rooms, beautiful surroundings, wonderful restaurant. And great price!
Booking.com now shows it as Agriturismo Podere Casato.

We loved our stay at Guardastelle in San Gimignano: https://www.guardastelle.com/ . My teen daughter and I took the cooking class & really enjoyed it. The setting is beautiful, the hosts are wonderful people, and it was exactly what we were hoping for when I booked it. We (family of 4) stayed in the Antilia apartment.
