Hi, Looking for a nice B&B or small hotel near the Duomo in Florence. My nieces are visiting their sister who's attending school in Florence. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Stayed at B & B Dei Mori. Lovely room and public space. Between the Duomo and the Uffizzi. It is on a peaceful pedistrian street. There are 5 rooms. The owner greeted us with a glass of persico and recommendations for restaurants. Very helpful. Around 100 euros with bath across the hall or 120 euros with a private bath in Oct. 2011. It is up two flights of stairs just in case that would be an issue.

Residenza Il Villino is fantastic
it's closer to Accademia than the duomo but still not far
